Hanna Davidova is an artist, author, and art therapist based in Tartu, Estonia. Having arrived in Estonia as a refugee from Kyiv, Hanna used art as her own means of therapy. She then developed an artistic method of helping other Ukrainians process what they have been through and find a means of moving forward. While in Estonia, she met her husband, and conversations with his family prompted her to write and illustrate a book. Through this book Hanna helps children and families discuss what it’s like to go through war and be a refugee in Estonia.
